We will install rain barrels at our building to minimize storm water run-off that negatively impacts local streams and rivers. The rain barrels will allow use to sustainably irrigate school gardens for native pollinators. This will also help to mitigate soil erosion issues and indoor moisture issues by having less storm water near the building.
