To maximize the impact of our community involvement efforts, best leverage our organizational strengths, and align with our business mission, the Legrand Better Communities program has defined three focal areas as the organizing principle for volunteerism, donations and partnership. One of these areas is 'Better Schools'; bettering lives through ongoing community partnerships that improve the performance of learning spaces and the students within them by reducing the net [environmental] impact of the schools and expanding the curriculum to encompass sustainability education. Legrand sites are working to partner with local schools near our office locations, determine sustainable type projects, and execute on them with our employee volunteers, students, faculty and staff.
